I still have a high passion for aviation. Let me see how I perform. If I don't do so well, then changing is always an option. But its worth giving it a try. Its hard to come this far in following my goal, just to give up in the last minute. I want to pull it through and be successfully employed in the Aviation sector. Let me see how I fit in. I have seen that with determination to succeed followed by sincere hard work, you can do much more than you think you are capable of. I am carrying over the same sense of hope and determination coming into Aviation.

I hope you do well, but if you get agitated over small things like this, the industry will chew you up and spit you out. Just wait until the first time you spend 100+ hours on a project only to be told the regulation has changed and you have to start all over, but need to complete it in the same time frame. Determination and motivation is great, but there's so much you need to succeed, especially soft skills.

I will try my level best not to get intimidated while at work.
This is just a thread to ask people to bring in their views, because there have been a lot of threads with "rate my looks" bashing lately. Its a methodology to find out the true reason why other people get intimidated by such threads and start making incorrect assumptions. Its not due to my personal insecurity. Always curious to find out why things happen the way they do .
I would like to honestly know why all the "Rate my looks" threads are hated on this forum. What infuriates you about these threads. I apologize for being stupid and posting a couple of these threads myself.
But why is there extreme anger towards people asking on the internet how they look. Why is Reassurance regarded as a crime which deserves the electric chair on this forum. How, in any way, does it claim that one has low confidence and is insecure. Finally, Why do people assume the most ridiculous things about a persons personality when they post a "rate my looks" thread.
Be honest with all of your responses. I want to know.
