Everyone eventually gets wrinkles... there is no way to avoid them.
Plenty of great advice above on how to minimize them!

Two things.

I really hope the diet thing isn't true. Because I eat very unhealthy, I need to improve that. Sugar, sugar, sugar and more sugar.

I also worked outside every summer WITHOUT sunglasses for four years. It's in the past and will never happen again.

A lot of it is genetic. What does your mother's skin look like? Even if you were born in the lucky gene club you will erase that by smoking.

I really think staying out of the sun/using sunscreen is the most important. So much of the rest is just genes.

I had a plastic surgeon tell me that I wrinkled early (had bad crow's feet in my teens) because of my basic bone structure, thin skin, and very strong facial muscles. The cosmetic companies don/t account for that, and they cannot help you there.

Some people, regardless of age, wrinkle like crazy when they smile. I'm one of them. My skin is thin and not resilient, so I wrinkled liked crazy.

My forehead is the same way. Botox helped a lot, but I couldn't afford it over time, so I stopped using it.

Moisturize your skin, don't smoke, and don't drink too much

It gives you an peace to live with yourself if you accept those changes which age is going to give you. Accept and things stop bothering you, then you can enjoy fullest. Life is too short to grieve because of wrinkles.

If you never smile because of fear of wrinkles, is it worth to live?

Stay out of the sun and sunblock. Water. Moisturize. Healthy diet with lots of greens. I got it.

Stay fat. Too funny. Friend lost a ton of weight last year and wrinkled up like a SharPei.

And so it goes.
