They do make specific products that are retinol for the eye area if you are worried about it.

I wish I had applied retinol to my upper eyelid, as this is the only sign of aging on my face. I also would wear sunglasses in my teens and twenties.

Tip: I also use retinols on my hands and they look fabulous.
This definitely works, BUT you Have to use broad-spectrum, high SPF sun screen religiously, or you will ruin your skin.

I read something a while ago that surprised me - men and women that drink from bottles, shaped like the usual water bottle, have a lot more wrinkles around their mouth, lines that radiate from the lip like a drawn sunshine. When people drink from bottles they tend to purse their lips, which causes fine wrinkles, which later develops into deeper wrinkles. We tend to not think about little things like that, which can cause wrinkles - it is that repetitive, daily thing, but this doesn't mean not to drink water, etc. but maybe to find a better way of drinking, like pouring the water into a cup first - there are those fold up cups that they sell for camping, etc.

I heard that sleeping on satin pillowcases causes less stress on the skin than a regular pillow case.

I didn't know that about straws, only water bottles - yikes!
