I think, y'all forget that Hollywood produces what is sellable and in high demand. They have Big $$$ spent onto figuring out what will be paid for, and produce those types. Which happens to be blonds and the types mass distributed.
I am also curious how did Mr Bardem get into "handsome" category. Great actor, but not with that virtue.

I don't know .. I think he's hot - not in "No Country for Old Men" role but in his "Eat, Pray, Love" role plus when I see him with his wife they just look like a vision of hotness to me.

Clearly, handsome is in the eye of the beholder, but I think all the guys I listed are handsome. Aziz is almost too cute to be handsome, but I'm a sucker for big brown eyes, so included him on the list.

Robert Downey Jr, the Rock himself (and yes Dwayne is adorable), Vin Diesel, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Enrique Iglesias (Latino and Asian)....

You really need to get over this, it is so not an issue especially for teens. Look at that Teen Wolf show, Tyler Posey is adorable, latino and the star....

Large numbers? If you're speaking strictly of Latino men (not just skin color and hair like your title suggests) there aren't "large numbers". The current census has Latino males at 16.9%

And as far as promotion goes, Bruno Mars isn't complaining, especially since he's performing this year's Super Bowl. He's also a good example of how the OLD racial/cultural binary is changing.
