Depends on time of year, as hot as it will go without being uncomfortable in the milder FL months but a cold shower is refreshing during the miserable hot and humid FL summer months.

Around 81 F is my ideal shower temperature. Anything lower is a bit too cool.

Above 95 F makes my skin sweat, thereby undermining the purpose of showering.

I typically prefer baths over showers ~ especially in winter. I like to soak in the hot water and read. If I choose to shower then I want the water as hot a I can do it to warm up.

It isn't as hot during the summer but it's still warm. Nothing shatters me worse than getting splashed with cold water.

For me, mix of warm/hot for rinsing off and then cold as i can stand it to rinse my hair. However while in the actual process of washing the water is turned off.

My skin likes cool-temperate water way more, as hot water tends to make it dry and flaky. I take cool showers, like lake temperatures, not cold, not warm or hot but cool. I also shower pretty fast, usually takes me around 2-3 mins.

Luke warm in the summer and a bit warmer in the winter since I'm usually freezing.

I have a tendency to alternate between warm, hot and then switching it over to cold to get a nice blast and wake up. Sometimes cold showers feel refreshing and then turning it back to warm. I use hot when I'm shaving in the shower to open my pores.
