Very true, but if I cant pay up for A/C. Then at least I will wear what I want to stay cool.
That's why I like the cold better than the heat. One can always get an electric blanket, light a fire, have hot tea or cocoa, add more clothes or do something to stay warm. Being hot is just miserable as there is only so much one can take off (or is allowed to take off, as in your case).
Taking off the blanket doesn't matter if the person you sleep next to is hot, in all ways. Sometimes, later on it gets a little less hot but I'm not complaining nor will I attribute the benefits to a blanket.
Just a sheet and if it is too hot that goes thrown off the torso. My idea sleeping temperature is in the 50s without fans or any other artificial means.
Its supposed to touch the low 80's here tomorrow with 60+ dew points, and I am NOT looking forward to sweating at night .
NO! I literally can not sleep without a blanket. If it's horribly hot and I am sleeping somewhere that does not have AC, I'll put a sheet over me and stick a foot out.
Since I have CAC, I just crank it and use my fluffy comforter.

My philosophy is "you can always add more layers but once youre naked thats it"
Perhaps he's wondering what people wear to bed in the hot summer to keep cool if they dont run the AC. Regardless, it may not have much to do with fashion/beauty but its an innocent topic. Besides, where else would it go?
