Under eye cream.
L'Oreal Regenerist facial lotion. (I switch around facial lotions.) NaPCa spray.
Shea butter cream on elbows, feet and knees.
Other lotion (currently Nivea) on the rest of me.
Hair serum, because I have very fine, straight hair and it really helps with the flyaway thing.
Deodorant.
Granted I am 56 - I swear I didn't use half this stuff when I was younger - but I have to admit I sometimes ask myself why I am slathering all this stuff on myself on almost a daily basis!
I'm at seven. How about you?
After reading your list, I'm thinking that I'd better step it up!
Currently, a body lotion with CoQ10 and deodorant. I'm in the same age group.
What hair serum do you use? And what do you put under your eyes?
I'm no kid either, but I only occasionally use a little body oil spray after showering, when my skin is feeling dry. Of course I use deodorant, and an occasional dab of perfume, but nothing like the lists I see here. I don't consider those anything that I apply right after showering; they're in the dressing category.
I drink tons of water and eat fruits and veggies, but my skin will dry and crack without moisturizer.
It's even worse now my thyroid is gone.
Skin ranges so dramatically. I never used moisturizer on my face (except for occasionally washing my oily face with coconut oil, but I rinsed it all) and only used lotion on my hands in the winter and my legs and arms when I knew I was getting extra close to someone until recently. My skin was so oily that lotion was entirely unnecessary. My mom is in her mid 50s, only recently started using moisturizer, and barely has any wrinkles - even after being a sun worshiper for years!
After chemo, I developed really dry skin. It was never something I worried about before! Now, I have a light day cream with SPF and a night cream for summer, and a more heavy duty cream for winter. I also need to use lotion pretty routinely or everything starts to crack and hurt. It's such a pain!
I'm a 26 year old woman and my list includes:
- toner
- moisturizer for the face, hands, legs, elbows, and feet (and I sleep with heavy duty lotion under socks)
- copious amounts of hair products depending on the style I'm going for and the weather - recently it's been leave-in conditioner, curling custard, smoothing serum, and either hairspray or sea salt spray
- facial sunscreen and if I expect to be outside for more than 10 minutes, sunscreen on any exposed skin
- deodorant
I rarely use perfume, and can subsist on the samples I get in my BirchBox.
Oh, I forgot. Also add degree deo after moderate weightlifting (110-150 lb) and a tinge of burt after shaving. So that makes it a big 5. Court occupied .
Coconut oil for face & body moisturizer, and deodorant
Sunscreen if I'm going out
Talcum powder for underarms
Perfume
