"I do mention to others that my weight is an Ideal 170 (BMI of 22.5). Even though its a big lie, I will surely make sure my weight hits 170 by the end of this summer. I am 6'1" and 177 lb right now (BMI of 23.7). I can only dream of fitting into size 32 though . Before you ask, my Body Fat % is around 18.5 %, but should be around 14 % to be considered a real man. I do hit the weights 4x a week, but cant bench press more than 100 lb even on pushing myself very hard . What should I do "

If I feel this way being a nerdy engineer, then there is no doubt celebs lie about their weight and height. They are Supposed to be portrayed as slim and wonderful to "wow" men all across the world to remain employed. Otherwise they get booed out of Hollywood and lose their job.

How many of you believe celebrities lie about their weight?
Celebs lie about a bunch of stuff, age, name, who they've dated, their childhoods, drug use, habits and fetishes, net worth, plastic surgery. Height and weight are at the top of the list. When you see them in person they are almost always shorter and thicker or unbelievably tiny. For women, if they look thin on tv they look emaciated in person. If they look curvy or chunky on tv they are usually somewhat thin in person. Hollywood is filled with size 0s and 2s. If you're an 8 you're practically plus sized.
