What would you consider a classy outfit? (girl, head, tone)

Since there seems to be lots of back and forth on this, I thought it might be time for a friendly thread. What's a classy outfit to you? Link to a pic please, or describe!

Linen slacks (summer), silk shell or short -sleeve blouse, low heels, a bit of jewelry, casual hair (not flying all over your face, not "bedhead").

Anything understated is elegant IMO. Most of what I see stars wearing is just trashy.

I like a classic sheath dress. It can be appropriate for either day or evening, with different accessories.

For men, I think a nice shirt and blazer looks well put together.

IDK... I don't think of 15 years olds - and what they wear (even for a milestone event) - as classy.

Overall, ive no idea what the proper "idea" of classy would be. Not matronly i can assure you. I could be 85 and still have no desire to dress matronly.
