I use one of those big, round net puffy things and a goat's milk soap.

And what kind of soap do you use? Please be specific. Bar of Soap? Body Wash? And which kind? Dove?
Material? I use my hands, any material you keep in the shower is a haven for all sorts of bacteria. No thanks.

As for soap, a simple, surfactant without petroleum, most parabens, and I avoid sulfates if I can. Mostly I use soaps from Lush. I really like the honey one lately but I dislike that it has titanium dioxide and sulfate.

If you are getting that, you should see a doctor as it can be indicative of serious health problems.

I use two washcloths (a white one for private areas and a colored one for the rest of me), and a combination of Ivory bar soap (for private areas) and Dial Coconut Water body wash for the rest of me.

After 1 bath with a Body Shop Cactus Scrub Mitt and Aveeno Body Wash, my skin feels so smooooth.

EDIT

Oh yeah, I also moisturized some parts of my body with almond oil.

Facial buff puff and Dove facial soap (summer and winter), white washcloth

Mesh body scrubber, white washcloth

Dial antibacterial bar in the summer and Gold Bong body powder

Aromatherapy Eucalyptus Spearmint body wash (same in their body lotion) in the winter only.

Supposedly promotes stress relief. I don't know about all that but it really feels great to go to sleep afterwards.

^^^^^^^

LOL

I had the same reaction. I don't understand how you can get clean using your hands.

I use a loofah at least once a week.

Two separate washcloths - one for privates and one for the rest of me.

As for bodywash - whatever I pickup at Dollar General.
