I think Hollywood has set a new low with this outfit. I'm appalled by the lack of decency. I cannot believe that someone would go to a public event, basically naked.
I think the dress is stunningly beautiful on this girl. Rhianna has the perfect body and looks like a work of art. 99.999% of stars couldn't get away with pulling this look off. I hope no one copies her nakedness as they will just look cheap.

It was a Council of Fashion Designers of America event and was in NYC.
She is a product of the Hollywood/entertainment complex. Such celebrities have handlers that plan out all their publicity, appearances, outfits, etc.
