16 years. I didn't start with the makeup or any beauty product/deodorant/talcum powder until 2009. All I used was coconut oil for weekend baths. But then again, I am a guy .
I could go as long as I wanted without it. I typically wear it 3-4 times a week though. I wear it because I like makeup, not because I feel I need it or can't step out of the house without it.
I could go forever. Have gone years. But I am not happy with my face, so make-up makes it look somewhat nice/attractive. So, really only reason I wear it. I don't like wearing it.
Forever. I'm fine with my natural face. I'm also fine with it with makeup. But I run around town all the time with a naked face, and it doesn't bother me in the least. I'm 37, and my face is what it is. It's fine, I have nice skin. My coloring is rather pale, so my eyes, etc. aren't as defined without makeup, but I still look just fine.
I'm completely comfortable without makeup, even though I know I can make myself up to look quite striking, and do, when the event warrants it. I would not have said this when I was 17. Not many would.
I don't like the feel of heavy makeup, so I don't wear it.
For me, "made up" is a touch of eyeliner and some lightweight cheek stain.
99% of the time I don't wear makeup (unless you count Chapstick). Occasionally, if I have a nice dinner or important presentation I'll slap on some mascara and lipstick but that's it. I could go the rest of my life without it.
I'm not unhappy with my general appearance and the flaws I do have can't be covered by makeup.
In the last 23 years I have worn makeup probably four times. I am perfectly fine with that. I am forty years old.
Is it really such a huge deal to go without makeup? Every girl is typically unhappy with their appearance? I don't buy it. Two hundred days?
I am doubtful that I will ever wear makeup again. I have worn make up one night on a cruise this year, on a couple of job interviews over the years, and on Halloween the year before last.
When I look in the mirror and I have makeup on, it is not me.

Pik, they should have interviewed you for that article.... 200 days seems like just a drop in the bucket. Did you see the last statement in the article...
"We’re so inspired by Garau’s project that the Yahoo Beauty team’s pledged to go without makeup for one week, starting Monday. We’ll report back with our experience, from our 21-year-old intern to our 57-year-old Editor-in-Chief, the week after next."
How long do I WANT to go without makeup? About 8 hours.
I just prefer when my skin tone is more even and my eyes more defined. Even with makeup, I have a very natural look. It's subtle, but it makes me feel more confident.
