No. It probably means that you haven't been on FB long or are selective about the friends you add. People who have a lot of likes on pictures are people who have a lot of friends, or who interact with those friends a lot.
I don't "like" friends' pictures because I think they're attractive, I do it because they've posted a cute picture of their kid or pet, or to give them moral support.

What about girls who generate 100 likes but also have tons of comments complimenting how pretty they are?

Me too. My friends aren't of the kind who post selfies for compliments (which is what I think the OP is talking about.) People post pictures of themselves on vacation or in their brother's wedding or at their birthday dinner, or whatever, and I'll "like" them because they look like they're having fun and we're friends. That's what friends do.

So people like some of the pictures that people post and make comments about them being pretty. Shouldn't make a huge effect on anyone's life... unless they are a teenager.
So I am just wondering, if you get lots of likes/comments on how pretty you are vs someone who doesn't, then wouldn't it mean you are more attractive than them?
Thus, the person above would be more attractive than me. And the person who gets 500 likes/comments would be more attractive than her and I
It could also mean you have thousands of friends or followers and people just liking it.
