I do NOT find this woman sexy or attractive. She is simply not pretty or alluring physically. And the kind of mind set that would lead this person to believe that larger breasts would make her even sexier than before, I find even less attractive/sexy/alluring.
FWIW, I have seen much, MUCH larger breasts, both natural and "enhanced." Google some American strippers and porn stars and you will certainly be able to find truly HUGE boobs.
I guess being a small country has left the Brits with lower expectations as to what is truly huge in the chest department.
