It does look like a bad haircut, and the salon manager fired the stylist and gave the woman a wig. She's suing for $1000 now, claiming that she has an active social life and can't go anywhere.
I can't imagine a guy getting all hopped up over a bad haircut, but I know women do. Thankfully, hair does grow back.

I saw her "before" hair and think part of the problem was that she probably didn't really need a trim. She didn't have much hair to begin with. That being said, the stylist probably just should have taken the scissors, looked for layers that might have been growing unevenly, and just taken off 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch to tidy it up a little.
I think the salon manager has done the right thing - offer a reasonable cost solution and fire the sylist.
My grandmother's stylist once accidentally dyed her hair orange. Flaming bright orange. They told her they couldn't fix it for a few weeks. Nana laughed, said this is what vanity gets you, and wore a scarf until she could go back - to a different stylist - and have her hair dyed a different color.
I don't mean be heartless but this is new worthy ??? Second her hair had problems going on before the cut, that's pretty clear.. Plus the fact she seem to know that the tool the gal was using was gonna cause issues, she should have walked then...
Its hair. It grows back. I had a bad hair cut once. I just told the guy to buzz it and I walked out. I told him I am not paying. He didn't argue.
