This is good advice. Please go to your doctor and have him/her do and exam. Also, people who have bulimia tend to gain weight in their stomach. I know you didn't mention this but some of the foods you eat are easy to binge/purge. If this is the case then increase your potassium and water intake immediately and seek help.
I do think getting advice on this thread is counterproductive because the fashion police make fun of people for being overweight or at least people who state they are overweight.
I would look for pants that sit just above your hips and wear a vneck t-shirt (Banana Republic) or long sleeve vneck in black as a staple. Make sure your shoes/boots have a slight incline and are a substantial proportion (no tiny flat shoes). Always wear a necklace to draw attention above or below your belly and chin line. A bracelet will balance the look out. Put highlights in your hair for a lighter feel (I like champagne colored chunky streaks).
At the end of the day...wear your look with conviction!
