I love Duluth!!! I have a lot of their henleys and hoodies. Great work/outdoor/garden clothes for women.

L. L. Bean has some beautiful 3/4 length sleeve shirts that are reasonable on price in my opinion.
Wash well, dry well, resists wrinkles, soft next to your skin and beautiful colors.
They are the Pima Cotton if I remember correctly.
I have always cut the long sleeves of shirts I like and hemmed the cuffs to make them 3/4 sleeves.
