Because it's distracting, so work doesn't get done. It's a business environment, not a beach or park.

I'm trying to bring back the belly bearing half shirts that were popular for guys back in the 80s, and I work in a corporate environment, am mid 50s, size XXL. So far I've been meeting some resistance.
