Driven By The BIG HAIR Boy Bands of the day.. must have been several hundred of them.. Even The Coutry Bands were sporting lots of Hair and skinny legged pants..
Those were hilarious! Thank you! And, yes, I saw some like that! The 80's were horrible for me because I had straight, fine hair. Thank Gawd I never tried any of those!
Since I was in my 30s in the 80s, of course I remember those. Me? I got a perm then but it didn't look like any of these. It turned my hair orange and I looked more like Little Orphan Annie.
I wasn't a teen in the 80's but in grade school & junior high, so we weren't that crazy. And in my small town, we may have been headed for those hairstyles, but a more toned-down version of some of those hairstyles. We did have some big, teased bangs and some wild perms. We never took it to those extremes, though.
