It's impossible to say. Every one's body chemistry is different and my experience with fragrance is mine alone. I'd hit Macy's and ask for samples -- they usually have them. That way instead of trying on a bunch and not remembering, or worse yet having them all smell bad together, you can try one a day and find something that works. Good luck!

So true on the body chemistry. Over the years I have bought a "few" perfumes for women. Few ended up smelling as good on her as they did what I bought them.
Yes one a day but after showering and with clean clothes.
Once wore a cologne that I though smelled great. Problem was it interacted with dry cleaned clothes and smelled bad when worn with a dry cleaned suit. Never figured that one out.

Had a dear friend who wore this beautiful spicy perfume. She smoked. Made the perfume even better. Weird but cigarettes enhanced the scent. She quit...perfume wasn't as nice, but still good.
On other people, it smelled like Raid. Not kidding. I could walk up to someone and ask are you wearing what ever it was called -- they almost always were, and it ALWAYS smelled like Raid.
much of what i like is either obsolete or sold only in sprays. I still prefer traditional water colognes or after shaves
i order from amazon obsolete stuff like Cellini (1980), Paco Rabanne (1973), I like Xerus but in the water versions only
a few years ago Walmart had a clearance sale. Picked up a pack of Joop cologne and after shave water for only $8. best deal i ever had
