Dude lift your arms and put them behind your head.If you can't do this its too freaken tight.

I actually can lift my arms up and have decent mobility, it's just snug across the chest. But somehow I have almost all the mobility

Cross your arms in the front and have someone take a pic from the back. Guarantee you do NOT have enough room. Find a different shirt.
