Yep. I have some pretty bras, but most are of the tan/"nude" or black functional variety.

All my bras are either dark jewel tones or tan/nude. I mostly wear dark colors, so my navy, black, maroon, etc. bras get the most wear. If I have to wear something lighter colored, I bust out the nude bras. I haven't owned a white bra in probably more than a decade.

All of my undies come from VS, but I'm married and actually do care that my hubby sees me in nice and sexy undies. I consider VS mid range in terms of cost. I won't shop high end places like La Perla for underwear. It's not that serious to me.

Expensive is subjective, but durable and quality aren't. I tend to go for quality because they last long and are more comfortable. For men, I prefer these:

I couldn't care less. Don't want to purchase cheap stuff that falls apart but am not into "fancy" underwear. Look for name brand, on sale, in style that I like. Who am I trying to impress?????
