No, I'm not taking about overweight women. I've noticed that some women have proportionately thicker lower bodies in relation to their upper bodies, and I like that ****! Does anyone know if this body type is more common with certain races/nations than others? If so, which nation's women generally have a higher prevalence of this build?
I know that a pear shape body is not that common in the US. Africa is one place it's more prevalent. We mostly have apple, rectangle, and hourglass shapes.

The last woman I saw with a shape like this was German. But I have my hang ups about hooking up with women of West European descent, but she almost broke my will!

This is my gross generalization, I think maybe Mexican ladies fit your description.
Many of them have incredibly great body and very pretty faces. In my opinion. Many of them are not skinny or overweight. I think majority of the Mexican girls are incredibly beautiful.
OMG - why?! Do you plan to relocate there so that you can be exposed to the highest possible proportion of women meeting your physical requirements? Or will you find the city outside that country with the highest percentage of women from that country and move there? Maybe that's 90% of your requirements? Well, pretty face of course....personality? Character? Personal habits and interests?
....anything to shortcut the process of finding someone who is acceptable...

I think we all know that women of African descent (in general) are the epitome of round posteriors and thick thighs.
This should not be news to anyone...
