It's not a money thing. It's the styles and colors she is picking and how she puts them together. For instance, a maroon and black striped top looks awful with a yellow and white checked skirt.

She lives with a church group. (I don't want to say which one.) She lives with other church members. I think the church rents the apartment because sometimes it's boys and other times it's girls.

The women are supposed to dress modestly, which I get. Her roommates dress perfectly fine.
