I've seen many guys wearing pink polo shirts, dress shirts and regular tshirt. Some of them looks douchy, some of them looks hella sexy. I guess it depends on the person wearing it.

I actually do receive a lot of compliments from girls about my pink shirts (pink is my signature color). Generally women are more tolerant of men wearing pink than other men who view it as gay (even though gay men are actually less likely to wear pink than straight men).
