Depends, what is he like? Is he honest, funny, kind, enthusiastic about life, good with his kids, decent in the kitchen, etc? I'd need way more information to form an opinion about a person.
As a guy, I don't care. If it looks good on him, go for it. It projects a funky, youngish,"now" kind of vibe. If that works for the wearer, go for it. Pink just doesn't look good on me, and neither does that vibe, so no pink shirts for this man.
I really do not see anything wrong with men wearing pink shirts. I actually admire those who can carry it well despite the color being associated with the female gender.
I looove when men wear pink, perhaps because it takes a certain amount of confidence and "FU, society" to do so. My husband so far refuses, which is a shame because he's got that caramel skin tone that makes brights and pastels and pop.
W hen my grandson was born, I only had a pink blanket at first to wrap around him while he was in the stroller. An elevator full of people made the usual new baby comments about "her." I explained he was a boy & already secure in his manhood.
When my eldest was a baby, everyone said, "Oh, what a beautiful girl!" even if I put him in blue with trucks. When asked, they said with such big blue eyes and curly blonde hair, they thought he was a girl.
I just asked him (now 17) if he would wear a pink shirt and he looked at me like I had two heads and said, "No!" When asked why, he said, "I'm not fond of pastels. They're more for girls and babies." His usual wardrobe doesn't include many bright colors anyway.
I have a coworker who has a pink shirt. I think it looks good, is brave and speaks of his confidence.
