I can usually determine the age of the woman based on her tattoo(s). Tiny ankle or hip tattoos like daisies were the 80s. Tribal tattoos and Japanese character words were the 90s. Tramp stamps the early 2000s. Tattoo fashion trends are pretty easy to spot.
I will always prefer to keep my skin a blank canvas.

I think the term 'tramp stamp' is supposed to be offensive. It's a slang term for the tattoo that casts aspersions on the morality of the woman who has it.
People do know what tramp means right? It's not a term for the lower back (people saying it means the location?). Tramp is either a homeless person or a woman who sleeps indiscriminately with a lot of men. Usually people wouldn't like being called either one, in my opinion.
The moniker means the tattoo is a stamp that tramps (loose women) get to identify themselves. Like an advertisement.
That all being said... I don't have one and don't think all women who have them are "tramps".
Mod cut.
I don't care for 'large tattoos that scream 'look at me'. I don't have problem with little ones in tasteful places. To each their own.
Mod cut.
