I love it, but as a treatment just on the ends of hair. Actual haircolor on top; rose gold applied to ends or from about middle length of hair on down.

I'm wondering if it is possible to do that with gray hair and have it look okay, or if the cool of the gray and the warm rose-gold would look "off."

Rose gold is the only "non-standard" color our office considers to be conservative enough to allow. Although I've always had a problem with the ban against non-natural colors - because some of the bottle-redheads we have wear shades that would curdle milk, and some of the folks wearing really dark shades look quite unnatural as well.
