I'm not fond of French pedicures either. It looks like the toenails should be doing something. Like typing, or holding on to a cigarette.
Yes! That's what bothers me! LOL, good call...
Not a fan of French manicures or pedicures; wouldn't say "disgusting" or "creepy", just not my style. Also I have never heard the term "American Manicure/Pedicure". Is that like Freedom Fries??? Learn something new everyday on these forums!
My Thoughts exactly!!! Those are NOT nice looking let alone pretty feet.. I suggest that lady wear full coverage shoes with feet that look like those! Yes its obvious that they have been jammed and crammed into too many "fashionable but very poor fitting shoes..

It would be far better for the owner of those toes to do as little as possible to call attention to them.
Clip them, put on a coat of pale polish and concentrate on making a statement with another part of the body.
What's the deal with the toenails on the big toes pointing off in different directions? Mine don't do that. Is it a result of wearing pointy shoes for years?
Oh, totally disgusting. It irks me every time I see it. Anytime a toenail isn't cut about as short as possible, I'm grossed out. To call attention to the length by polishing it makes me think the person is somehow more backwards than the person who doesn't clip them short themselves. If you're disabled and can't cut your own and can't afford a pedicure, then okay. Otherwise, do us a favor and keep them short for the love of god.
And I find my shoes hurt when my toenails get even the smallest hint of passing the toe threshold. Can’t even imagine.
