I own my own successful businesses and set my own wardrobe requirements: jeans or pants or shorts with tshirts. I don't change when I am done with work except when about to engage in an activity that needs something particular (yoga, working out, swimming, etc). If I'm meeting with an investor or potential landlord I am sure to dress-up in those circumstances (just as I do for a night on the town), but rarely is this necessary.
Not really. I have to wear a blue long sleeve shirt and dress pants even today with 101 F heat. At home, I just wear shorts and that's it. It takes me 20 minutes to change every day.
But the job is fantastic. I get to work with fighter jets .
I'm retired and live where most people wear shorts, tees and flip-flops everywhere during the day but at home I do 'dress down' even from that level, in old, ratty shorts and stained shirts (soon-to-be dust rags). If someone rings the doorbell I have to run to make myself more presentable with at least a nicer shirt.

Adi, you exaggerate. It was average 95 yesterday and today in ATL. Which is not cool, but not 101, either.
I wear slightly nicer than casual Friday dress to work. Dress pants and a blouse, a dress and wedges or flats, skirt and blouse..etc.
At home I wear knit skirts with t-shirts and dresses that I wouldn't wear to work. Sometimes it's jeans and a nicer blouse. Today I had on a tank and a knit skirt...yesterday it was a shift dress. Pretty typical during the summer for me, especially when it's approaching 100 degrees outside.
