I gave up on bar soap when I was younger. Especially when I picked it up and there was hair on it.

I always use my hands to wash my face. I use washcloth only when I use soap or my body get very dirty for outside and feel very uneasy in my body. It's helps me clean up my body easily.

I actually use a carwash sponge (cloth on top/bottom mesh on the sides) because it gives me a heavy duty scrubbing. I only use a wash cloth for my face w/scalding hot water.

We shower every day using bath gel, NO bar soap for us. Bar soap builds up terrible residue on the shower walls and floor if you don't wipe them every day.

I use a washcloth and my hubby uses a scrunchy from the dollar store. I've always used either a scrunchy or washcloth to exfolliate the dead skin. (I wash my privates by hand and use a wet wipe after using the toilet)

NOTE: my hubby used to use just a bar of soap and his hands in the shower. His side of the bed was soiled looking within a week with fresh sheets, and his dress shirts got much dirtier from his neck at the collar. I told him to start scrubbing because his hands alone weren't getting him clean enough.

What a DIFFERENCE the scrunchy has made for keeping the bed and his shirts cleaner.

same here but not on the face. on the face, i use apricot scrub and just my bare hands. i also use irish spring soap which is VERY harsh on the skin's oils. it completely removes all the oils and leaves it dry combined with harsh scrubbing from gloves.

SO if you don't use a wash cloth, how would you thoroughly clean the golden crevice??

I actually use a green scratch pad/spounge, the reason why is that I have psoriasis and this helps to get the scales ect off so then I can do deep moisturizing. Being a truck driver I shower as often as I can.

Japanese scrub cloth, it's like a rougher plastic loofa, and like a long thin wash cloth with shower gel. I don't feel clean without it and take it when I travel. Soap and hands for delicate areas. Face cleaner and a sonic face cleaner.

I'm exfoliated to the upper limits.

I use this also, I love it (Japanese cloth). I do not use soap, only coconut oil, which is applied to my skin before I get in shower. I only use soap on hands.

I love coconut oil and moisturize with it sometimes after bathing. I was using it as a makeup remover and it left my skin so soft, but I also broke out so had to stop.
