So I am at the small end of plus size but am having trouble with Lane Bryant and their new bras. It looks like they are discontinuing the Cotton T Shirt Bra, which was my fav. Anybody else care to share their favorite bra brand and style? I am tired of returning! Oh, and I don.t want too much material, don.t need a minimizee, and highly prefer cotton. Anyone tried the "cooling bra"?

Bali's satin tracings minimizer. Sorry can't help you with a non minimizer. I'm a DDD right now.

Smaller band large cup here, I am a 34H (UK). I love my Ewa Michalak bras.

My local Nordstroms don't carry my size any more in stores. Or it is in brands that don't fit me well.

Basically all of the Ewa Michalak bras I have tried fit amazing. They are pricier than the Freya/Panache/Cleo bras.

On the other hand Curvy Kate hates me.

But it really depends on your bra size.

I've been wearing Lane Bryant's satin plunge push up bras for years. I hate how frequently they "tweak" the design, but I haven't found other brands that I like as much. I've learned though that I can't wear any of their cotton bras ... they all stretch horribly very quickly.

I wear Lane Bryant bras too, the ones with the very wide side stays. I sew the straps down once I have them adjusted just right, otherwise the adjustable part will just slide down as I wear the bra.

One of my friends says Soma is a great place to get bras.

Oh no!!! That's the kind I've worn for years. Where did you hear they're discontinuing it? I might have to stock up...

I am the small end of plus also. My favorite bra is Bali, but I have also liked the ones at Avenue very much. I waver between 40 and 42 C/D.

I used to love Avenue, but they don't have big enough cup sizes for me anymore. Their bras always seemed to last longer than Lane Bryant.

I'm on the small end of plus size, too. I've fallen in love with the Comfort Flex sized bras made by Bali, Hanes, Just My Size, Playtex, etc. I got so tired of poor fit in conventional bras that I was wearing sports bras all the time. These Comfort Flex bras seem to combine the best of both styles.

The sizing is different - no cup sizes or band sizes, which is great for me because I wear a 40 or 42 band, and can barely fill a B cup. I wear an XL. Some styles come in 2X and larger, some don't. The website has a size chart based on conventional bra sizes.

This is the Bali bra I'm wearing right now:
