This year, I want to learn to use accessories.

Last year, I started the capsule wardrobe journey and it has been a great success. I've taken out about 3/4 of my wardrobe and I'm still purging. I've never done this before, so naturally, I have clothes even since h.s. ...so 3/4 sounds like a lot, but it's years of accumulated clothes.

Just this past weekend, I wanted to take out a couple of shirts since I bought three new tops (one in one out rule) and somehow, I managed to fill another huge garbage bag. My closet is reaching the point of where I want it to be (10 months later lol) and my goal before the year ends is have a solid capsule wardrobe. Of course, there'll be ongoing edits, but so far, I'm where I have everything I need and it's plenty enough. At this point, everything in my closet is something I use/wear.

I highly, highly recommend capsule wardrobe to everyone! At least for me, it has helped me figure out my style and helped me curate my wardrobe accordingly. Also, getting dressed is so easy for me now and everything in my closet works! Just thought I'd share this tidbit

My fashion goal of this year is to buy white denim dress. I also want to buy a makeup kit with all cosmetic products including mascara, eye liner, eye shadow, glimerstick, nail paint and more.

Fashion wise, I would love a lengthy camel coat. One that hits the back of my knees or even ankle length. Also an over the knee boot, flat, so I can wear it in the daytime.

Perhaps a Moncler or Balenciaga leather Moto jacket.

My goal is to transform my style to include more maxi dresses. I've been wearing short shift dresses for the past couple of years. Now lots of other people are wearing them. I feel like I want to do floor length in day fabrics for work. Like wool, cotton and linen.

I wonder the average age of the women in this thread are.

I exercise and can wear anything at 5"18 115lbs. I do need a knew and less make up routine. My make up enhances fine lines. My hair is bleached and lowlights so dry.

What I aspire is a combination of all the above and some botox and fillers. I actually know men who have been doing this in their thirties....so vain. ut I am at that point!
