Crimlene ... dresses cardigans in fact everything from the 60s seemed to be made of this miracle material.

Ra Ra dresses.. what an ugly fashion disaster... especially the white three ruffle ones with colours round the edges..horrible

Big baggy womens jackets with padded shoulders 80s style..

Block fashion dresses or jackets..

Winkle picker shoes from the 60s.

I keep seeing this trend where people where jeans with the knee caps and even thigh cut out! I bet this trend will be a 'wtf' moment in the future!!!

Bell bottom pants, the over the top wide ones. Womens padded shoulder jackets that made you look like a football player.

Haha and I second the PJs as everyday wear (least not the ones with spongebob on them!)

Michael Kors accessories. Deliberately counter-feminine.

Chanel.

Plastic, if it's not holding hair in place.

Asymmetrical haircuts.

Well...

I may agree with the peplum tops; they don't look good unless they hit at EXACTLY the right spot. Mess it up or gain too much weight, and you risk looking bulky or, worse, people may ask you when your baby will be due! THAT'S EMBARRASSING! (It happened to me and made me feel so mortified I considered not eating). I'm NOT planning to wear my current stash of peplums unless I (A) lose weight or (B) find peplum tops large enough to NOT make me look pregnant. I can't think of many things more embarrassing than being mistaken for pregnant when you're just a little puffy in the middle.

I'm not sure I have the same opinion about peplum skirts and dresses, though. They MIGHT do more to camouflage a stomach than the tops do. Also, while we're on the subject, empire waists and REALLY flared skirts, maybe even ones with a mini hoop, seem like they would do a lot to hide a belly. I think I might order some; they wouldn't look bad on me!
