is there anything a person can do to prevent hair from going grey?

any dietary methods, rest, less stress, vitamins, etc?

do hormones have anything to do with going grey as we age?

Ive seen some people go all grey by age 30

and some people dont go grey until the 60's and up

It really is just genetic.

If you start coloring at the first sign of gray or keep your hair short enough that it doesn't show much, nobody will know if you go gray.

If your father or mother got gray hair early, then you have a chance of doing same. Its all in the genes.

Gray hair on most men looks good, IMO.

Definitely all genetic. I am in my 60s, and about 60%. But I like it.

Genetics.

My bf is 48, went through a lot in life, eats unhealthy, and has not one gray hair.
I am 39, always had a good life, live and eat healthy, some grey hair.

Not fair.

Get enough vitamin B, vitamin D3, and magnesium. Cigarettes gray hair faster; I don't think it's a coincidence that smoking depletes those nutrients. Personally I think magnesium is the most important of the three.
