I'm 49 and have had nothing done despite lots of crows feet. I have a buddy that got botox and you can instantly tell she had the work done, because it makes her face look unnatural. She had an injection between her eyebrows and at the outside corners of her eyes, and the skin doesn't move at all when she smiles.
Then she got too much injected - probably because you pay by the unit and her doctor wants more profit. It all depends on getting a good doctor - if you do, no one will be able to notice...not even YOU!
Look out Joan Rivers, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers (who looks NOTHING like poor Kenny anymore), all the Kartrashians, we've got a newbie! Good luck. I prefer to age gracefully. I have earned line, wrinkle, freckle, etc.

you obviously have no idea about botox.
OP, you probably only see a 33% reduction because you told your doctor it is your first time and you want to be very careful. It may take a few times to figure out how much exactly you need to get the desired result.
Also, watch out: if they charge by unit, they MAY put more in, while if they charge by facial area, they MAY use less to make more money. Depends on where you go.
My nasty wrinkle in between my eyebrows is completely gone for several months, it slowly comes back. I had that since I was a teenager. I no longer get asked if I am in a bad mood or if I have a problem.
I use dysport instead of botox. I started right after my 39th bday and have decided to get it twice per year. I pay $350/forehead.
I spoke to a dermatologist and he said I would be surprised how many women in their late 20s already get botox. Insane!
OP lives in Miami - the city of the young and beautiful. Maybe he feels the need to fit in.
I have 20-something colleagues doing it too! And I live in not so appearance focused northern california!
