wore my best breeches with matching doublet, an outrageously sized, autumn-toned ruff that matched my stockings and bright gold buckles on my shoes and felt hat

Go for it!! Roast a turkey, mash some potatoes, make some gravy, another vegetable and a salad, some rolls and a yummy dessert, and invite your friends over. There's no reason everywhere can't have a Thanksgiving Day ...

Me and my partner did not visit either sides of the families this year.
I wore my unicorn onesie he gave me. He wore gym shorts and wife beaters.
We had reheated Pizza Hut, Cheetos Puffs and Ben and Jerry ice cream for dinner. (Things we usually cannot eat..)
We ate while watching Timeless (several episodes back to back). Love that show!

We decided not to give no 'sugar' this year. Although we will both visit each other's families this Christmas.

Yeah, I have to wear clothes because there are people here. It's also pretty chilly this time of year. Get back to me in August.

Nothing elegant, just simple - somewhat casual when we went out. Dark rust color pants and button sweater top over sleeveless tank top. Sweater top was multi autumn like colors.
