This recent segment on Nightline helps to shed some light on the various designers who dressed FLOTUS and how it changed their lives. I'm especially interested in the business side of this topic as the fashion industry is big bucks and employs many people in this country. Please don't get into politics like the previous thread which had to be closed.

I love that she picked emerging designers to help them take off! They really did do a good job in creating beautiful pieces for her.
