I am 53, I am male, I have worn shorts since probably age 3....
I will continue to wear them until I die.
I like being cool on hot and even luke-warm and even cool days and wear them early in the spring and late in the fall.
I see nothing wrong with it.
My father, on the other hand, wouldn't wear shorts if it meant saving his life.
In which countries or cultures can men wear shorter shorts and not stand out? I prefer wearing shorter shorts when it's hot out because I feel much more comfortable
If the OP wants to know where he can wear his short shorts, he can definitely do it with the utmost pride in West Hollywood or parts of San Francisco. But he'd probably want to avoid Lousiville Kentucky or parts of Alabama.
i just wanted to say i think it's silly that it's totally ok and acceptable for women to expose nearly their entire bodies from head to foot. just make sure to cover nipples and the very small area of hoohah with a tiny triangle of material in public. otherwise, let it all hang out. buns and everything else.
but men? nah...men can't even wear short shorts without being made fun of. many times can't hardly even wear tank tops without some sort of joke made.
but please women walk around near naked! men, you need to cover up. we don't want to see your thighs.
so ridiculous...
i vote for short shorts or whatever length a guy wants to wear. i'd rather see shorter shorts than those that are below the knee, or that are pretty much just short pants.
