That's it...you guys talked me into it.
Today, I will venture out, and buy the L'oreal Voluminous mascara.....but, I am sticking with the waterproof concept. (Just works better in the Florida heat)
I'm one of the people who never puts mascara on the bottom lashes. For my eyes, it looks funky to do both sets of lashes.
Oh, good...I thought I was the only one.....LOL.
I have tried both ways, of course. But, it just seems very "heavy' to me to do both sets......
I am just trying to get away with as little as I can, going more for the "less is better" and more natural look.
I like Maybelline Great Lash (in the pink bottle with the light green top), Covergirl Professional Mascara (the blue tube one), and the Covergirl Professional Water-Proof Mascara.
I only use the water-proof one 1 time a year, during the summer when I go swimming, to the beach, and/or outdoors more often.
The most amazing mascara product I have ever found (and did so recently)is called Sugar Lash by Ready to Wear. I have never had a mascara make me look like I had false eyelashes. I am not exaggerating. I have only found it on line,a nd they sell it now through hsn.
O.K. I'm open minded and like to try new things and am always looking for that perfect mascara. Since some of you didn't like Revlon's 3D and love Loreals Volumenous, I thought I shoud give it a try. I'll stick with 3D thank you. Volumenous was way too natural looking even after 5 coats!!! It didn't have the richness of 3D which creates the volume. I tried.
I love Loreal...but also like Almays mascara.. but of course AT MY AGE (45) i want the natural look and not so made up.. i guess it is an individual taste ..
AT MY AGE (52) you want to accent all your positive assets, one of them being long lashes
