When I see extremely old men with women young enough to be their daughters, I nearly gag. Example: Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones. No matter how old she gets, she'll never look as old as he does now.
Or Hugh Hefner and anyone. Ugh.
And we have another example in the White House. Politics aside, that's an unattractively-matched couple.
Deja Vu - Seems I have read this exact post many times before on this forum. And my answer always is:
I am in my 60s and I wear WTF I want. Nobody's business but my own (as long as I'm not breaking any laws lol).

I'm 60. I wear what I want. That includes shorts shorter than where my fingertips hit on my thigh, and since I have big boobs, most of my tops reveal some cleavage. It matters not one wit to me, what someone else thinks about it.
Whatever she's comfortable in, it's no never-mind to me. I might have some pre-conceptions or judgements to make to myself, but I sure wouldn't be giving them nasty looks or accosting them for inappropriate attire. If they are 40-50 years old, they aren't about to take advice from some outraged 20-something who finds a "hot mama" distasteful. I usually find that women who dress that way after a 'certain age' are fighting aging tooth and nail and trying to stay fashionable.
This kind of reminds me of something a friend of mine said to me. She's the same age as me, but had let her hair go all gray. (My hair is burgundy.) About a year ago, she told me that I should embrace my inner crone, like she had done. Ummm....no thanks. LOL
Hm. Any mention on this thread of men wearing in appropriate clothing. Some guy was sitting at the bar the other night with half his ass crack sticking out of his pants. Not just a couple inches - HALF HIS ASS CRACK. Way gross and happens a lot. Wear what you want (any gender, any age - none of my business), but keep the parts where you expel excrement covered unless you're at a nude beach. Kbaithx.
Better question: Why is it appropriate for any woman of any age to wear skimpy/revealing things?
Do you say it's ok for young, hot chicks to do it because those are the ones who should advertise being available to F?
I have seen older women with low cut tops who are in good shape, but there's no question that they've spent too much time in the sun. I actually view it as "too much information" and wish that they were a bit more modest. I don't view it as attractive or fashionable.
Earlier today I was doing some shopping and running some errands. When I was checking out there was a woman in front of me that was probably 40-45 but she was wearing a very low-cut top and booty shorts. Granted, she seemed to be in shape and good for her age, but nevertheless, after a certain age is it really appropriate for women to be wearing very skimpy/revealing things? Say about 35 but 40 at the latest?
well I hate when people wear pajamas to the store and they look like they just rolled out of bed to go to the store . I always say to myself do these people not own a mirror and a comb or brush and for gods sake brush those teeth too . Personal hygiene says a lot about you folks ....women can wear whatever they want it is not against the law last time I looked .
