Oh, what a mortifying thing for that poor lady! That would be pretty embarrassing all right but I give her kudos for not freaking out and running off the stage - she managed to keep a grip on it and saw the act through to the end.
I sont know if I'd call that the worst ever. Having your breast exposed on national TV at the Super Bowl or Olympics is probably worse then at some small club.

My good friends child is a producer on these *types* of shows. Keeping them from OD'ing, giving them enough stuff to party off of and encouraging ratings grabbing behavior.....part of the job.
Well if she deliberately loosened it herself then I guess it wasn't an embarrassing incident for her and she doesn't need anyone's sympathy. I've seen a lot worse "wardrobe malfunctions" than that but they weren't deliberate.
But unless she's doing a strip tease what would be the purpose of someone exposing their back side like that and making a spectacle of herself on a stage? Maybe she was drunk and being really stupid?
Not that it matters. I have no idea who she is other than she's apparently someone who enjoys being in the public eye.
