Diet, eat more Omega-3 and less Omega-6.

Coconut-oil or animal-fat is great for the face.

I remember when I was in my early 20s. My best friends mom used to own a health food store. One day I asked her "if you were to recommend one vitamin to take for the rest of your life, what would it be?" She said take one Vitamin E pill per day and when you are in your 50s, you'll look ten years younger. I took her advice. I just turned 57 and look like I'm late 40s with nary a wrinkle. Stuff works!

Fillers are the only things that fixes wrinkles. Lotions, serums etc help the skin but nothing is going to fill a wrinkle.

Moisturize. When your skin is properly moisturized it will appear plumper, thus flattening out your wrinkles temporarily.
