I think that's a good price for that size and medium colour grade of the violet stones. It has good clarity and a true, untreated violet colour, nice faceting. I think it has more pop! to it than the darker purple or lighter violet colour grades shown. Very nice stone.

The more I stare at that one the table facet doesn't seem to be proportional / symmetrical. Should it be for that price?
So on this one it was pointed out to me that there is a lot of black when you look directly into the stone...extinction. Then the back of the stone ....the pavilion has no pavilion mains.
The first one does seem dark in areas. I did spot some natural inclusions. I personally would prefer the color be a little deeper, but that's personal preference. I'd have to see it in person because it can be hard to tell online.
I love sapphires, though. I once sold a bracelet that was made from a rainbow of natural sapphires and it was gorgeous.
