I see flamingos everywhere, not just on menswear. Must be trendy right now.

I've noticed these too, and I own a flamingo shirt (and a couple other print shirts). I don't "get" fashion at all, but they seemed to be trendy so I picked them up.

Just as an update, based on trend reports that I have been reading about, tropical prints are likely to make a return for S/S 2020, so it doesn't look like the trend is going to die anytime soon.

They remind me of Hawaiian shirts, maybe men like to wear them because it makes them relax and like they are on vacation. I like this trend, and it will remind us of summer. I hear it's a year round trend. On a side note: vintage Hawaiian shirts are very popular.

I DO notice a LOT of pineapple fashion jewelry for ladies & I even got a nice pair of pineapple earrings a couple of weeks ago. I've always liked pineapples (& lemons). They're fun.
Yes, I noticed the pineapple motif popularity - I love pineapples, too! When they are earrings, stationery, socks, the pineapples may have different colors but there is something about a pineapple that makes you feel happy.

When it comes to some premium and luxury brands, there are also resort/cruise collections, which are released late in the year and are marketed towards vacationers and snowbirds who want to go to a warm climate for the winter.

I like the idea of resort/cruise wear, the clothes seem so comfortable and yet so stylish. Of course, we couldn't wear these to work, but just the thought of them makes you look forward to a nice vacation or even staycation.

Looking at some new Spring/Summer 2020 products, it looks like tropical prints are still in, but with a twist - it seems to be more florals rather than the bird and pineapple prints that were popular the previous three years. Has anyone else been looking at new Spring/Summer 2020 products and noticed the same?

Seems like the 90s/early 2000s all over again. Men used to wear those tropical themed shirts back then.
