Dr Murad's products are amazing. I have never received as many compliments on my skin as when I used his line....which reminds me that I need to purchase!

And a visit to his medical spa is a must.

I am not sure if this is also in the book, but water is a great weight loss remedy! Too often people eat rather than drinking water because they know their body needs something but they don't understand that they're dehydrated rather than hungry. Tip: if you feel like you need to consume something, drink water, then wait 30-60 minutes to see if your stomach grumbles. A lot of times it won't and you'll know that drinking water instead of eating was the right choice.

There is also emotional hunger. People feel a need to eat because of other reasons, not nourishment, or actual hunger. Drinking water will decrease the appetite in those instances proving one was not actually hungry at all.
