not a myth.
here is why:
1. the unshaven hairs are longer and more flexible. the shaved hairs are short and stubby.
2. the unshaven hairs have had time to bleach in the sun. the regrowth will show a darker color.
Nope. My peach fuzz grows back EXACTLY the same.

So I confess, I have started shaving every few months and it works great. It's a myth that you will grow a beard if you shave.

So....do you shave too?
My face??? No...yikes. I don't have a need to.

Lucky! Maybe me being of German decent makes me a little more hairy. I have a lot of peach fuzz along jaw line and in front of ears.

No, I'm not going to devote any more effort to hair removal than I need to, especially hair that's barely noticeable.

Miniscule and next to unnoticeable differences in fineness and darkness makes them virtually myths and so can be disregarded. And even though I'm a brunette my peach fuzz is completely blonde - only place on my body where the hair is blonde.

Believe me, "short and stubby" peach fuzz is pretty danged flexible. Nobody's feeling my face or looking THAT closely that I'm concerned they'll notice my stubby peach fuzz! So yeah, shave if you want. You don't need some fancy special razor though.

Frankly, I'm more willing to spend time on hair removal from my face than my legs. No one sees my legs. That's some seriously wasted effort there!

Okay, but it's peach fuzz. It's not noticeable and it doesn't bother me one bit. Or is this yet another thing about my body that I need to be self-conscious about?
