Hi,
does anybody know why there are so many Italian clothing brands that are being manufactured in foreign countries? (I mean not in Italy)

Like,
Yesterday I bought a Diesel hoodie which costed me about 185$ and when I got home I saw that it was "Made in Bulgaria" and I got 2 Armani shirts
(Emporio Armani which was made in Turkey and Armani Exchange which was made in Cambodia)
^ I got both at the same store

Any ideas?

Because the cost of labor is drastically cheaper in those countries. Lower cost to produce = higher profits.
