I’m suprised science hasn’t come up with a way to fix this. I mean I can get breast implants, calf implants, a nose job, a butt lift, liposuction but a receding hair line can’t be helped easily.

It's amazing to me, too. Billions and billions to made in the controlling of tiny little hairs.

Can't get rid of 'em (totally)

Can't keep/restart 'em if they decide to go.

But a guy can get a whole new FACE.

What about that Hair Club for men? That doesn’t work? Probably expensive if it does.

Shave your head, I’d do a double take. I think bald men are sexy. Combovers are not.

Three brothers in my family. The oldest, turning 80 next year, still has a full head of hair.

I'm the middle one, and I had thinning hair from my mid 20s to mid 60s I guess. I'm now approaching mid 70s and would say I'm turning bald. (Anyone else would say I've been bald for the past 20 years!)

The youngest brother is in his late 60s. He got a toupee his first or second year in college and just gave up and started shaving his head at around 25. He's also the post high school jock of the family. Even in his late 60s he takes his bike on marathon rides, such as the one across Iowa each summer, and he looks like he's probably in his 40s.

No, I wouldn't say it's a sign of decline at all. It might be a sign of the decline of your appearance, since baldness does tend to make one look older, but it certainly isn't a sign of your overall health or well-being.

It is a definite sign of decline: in the quantity of hair on your head.

Yes, it means you're getting older. A declining body, yes.
