Well, if they're hitting you up for sex, rather than for a convo and/or coffee, one tends to draw a certain conclusion. But you're right; it's possible she's just curvy and gorgeous, even when bundled up in a winter coat. OK, I take back my earlier comment.

Guys tend to think I'm attractive but I think I'm fat, old, and just damn ugly.

I can only speak for myself, when I was “in the life.”
I wouldn’t have given George Clooney sleepless nights, but I wasn’t repulsive, and like any heterosexual guy, I gently hit on a few girls, I did do because I was attracted to them, but no doubt, a psychologist would say, that way back in the inner recesses of my brain, the basic urge for sex was prompting me to get my foot in the door, so to speak.
If a girl had a skirt on that could have doubled as a belt, and a low cut top, with no bra, I still hit on her, but the idea of grabbing a coffee, and discussing world events took a seat way in back, my thoughts would have been, wonder if her place is closer than mine.

They used to call me Katie the heartbreaker back in high school. I have managed to stay thin, but I am now 42 years old. It is just not the same. I would say at best I am attractive for my age. Although I would never date a guy in his 20's, the attention from them is less and less often. That is how I know I am going downhill.

I look like Matt Dillion. Some women find him good looking. Thats basically my range too. Some women view me as hot or average.

I do, as well as her mother (both deceased) AND my eldest daughter. I suppose we have very strong genes.

You are definitely attractive! But what matters is how you feel about yourself. If you don't feel attractive, no one else's opinion matters.

Same here, and I identify with the rest of your post.

I was working in NYC in my early 20s, back in the day before 42nd Street was Disneyfied. The street was filled with pimps, hookers, drug dealers, etc., and when you walked down it, you tried not to catch anyone's eye.

One day one of the locals stepped out to address me as I walked by. He said, "You have a nice body. Face ain't much, but you have a nice body."

I was stunned and upset for about 30 seconds until I realized there was no reason to be upset over a street low-life's remarks.

I would say yes but I am no model or anything. I always hated how I looked throughout school years even though always got compliments. I am much more confident now then before. Course, after having a baby a few weeks ago... this may all change! Lack of sleep, eating, drinking and taking care of myself sure takes a toll haha

Time makes wreckage of us all. I was pretty good looking 50 years ago. Now, I'm just old.
